There are also very affordable prices. Later, the owner moved to a small storefront on Zhongpo South Road in recent years. Even the opening hours have been changed to morning. Like the traditional market next to it, it is open from 05:00~11:00AM. From what used to be tea time to breakfast time.
Since moving to the store, the price has also increased slightly. In the past, a cage was only 10 pieces/$50. Now a cage is 9/$60. But this is understandable, or relatively cheap. Oh~ It also only has Xiao Long Bao written on the cloth strip it hangs on. There is absolutely no such thing as a store name. Intuitive and easy to understand, it is clear at a glance that only Xiaolongbao is sold.
In fact, you can say that it is a Xiao Long Bao, or you can say that it is a small steamed bun. It's all steamed from the cage anyway, so it's okay to call it Xiao Long Bao, right? It's not that thin and soupy. If you want to eat that kind of Xiao Long Bao, this may not be for you. There is no fishy smell in the filling, and there is a slight meat aroma. Its biggest feature is that it has black pepper sauce that can be added. I remember that there was mushroom sauce before (a bit forgot). Just a spicy and a non-spicy sauce. Of course, you can also add chili sauce directly. The black pepper sauce is actually not spicy, but has a peppery and sweet taste. Occasionally when you don't know what to eat in the morning, you can come to a cage. That's it!
