It's lazy food! Chicken soup with yam (silk chicken) + rice with bean sprouts. Two pots make a meal! And it's not simple, just throw the ingredients in. Nothing technically difficult! The chicken is blanched first and then stewed, for half an hour to 1 hour. Add carrots, yams, and shiitake mushrooms. You don't need to cook for too long to get seasoning out of the pan.
For bean sprout rice, wash the rice, add water, and add a little olive oil. Then put the bean sprouts on it. After the rice is cooked, simmer for 10-15 minutes. After scooping it out, add Korean chili sauce to taste and it's OK!
When you don't know what to eat, Korean chili paste is a good solution at this time. This was taught by my former Korean roommate. They also add a little sesame oil and wrap the rice with seaweed.
